Refund policy
At Whimsy and You, every product is thoughtfully created and carefully packed with love. Since our products are designed for mindful use and gifting, we follow a limited return policy.
Returns (Damaged Products Only)
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective items.
- If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly share clear photos/videos of the damaged item along with your order details.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Exchanges (Within 7 Days)
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, untampered, and in its original packaging.
- All original components (including inserts, stickers, or accessories) must be intact.
- The product should be safely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Reverse shipping costs may be applicable.
- We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are not damaged
- Used, altered, or tampered items
- Products without original packaging

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
