1. Returns

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email: enquiries@whimsyandyou.com.

• Products must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

• Returns are not accepted on custom, personalized, or clearance items.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection.

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

• Exchange may be offered depending on availability. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
