1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship across all major cities and regions in India.

  • International Shipping: We also deliver worldwide. International orders may be subject to additional duties or taxes depending on the destination country's regulations.

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Customized or made-to-order items may take 7-10 business days to process before dispatch.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • India: Free shipping for orders above ₹2499. A flat fee of ₹100 may apply to orders below ₹2499.

  • International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

*Please note that items marked as customised, made-to-order, or bulk orders may require additional processing time. These are specially crafted for you and may not be ready for dispatch within the standard 2–5 day window. We’ll keep you updated on timelines as your order is prepared with care!

5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. DELIVERY PARTNERS

We work with reliable logistics providers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and international couriers like DHL, FedEx, and Aramex to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a note with instructions.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping fees will be applicable.

8. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at enquiries@whimsyandyou.com.

  • If any item is missing or incorrect, reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order ID and photos (if applicable).

9. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

To ensure timely delivery, items in your order may be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking information for each package, if applicable.

10. HOLIDAY & FESTIVE SEASON DELAYS

During peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, etc.), there might be slight delays in dispatch and delivery due to high courier volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
